Hosting Terms

The hosting cost on Focus on Britain Ltd is per the chosen Package, month in advance, commencing on the 1st day of the following month after registration.

If a Company requires removal from Focus on Britain, one months notice is required.

• If for any reason a direct debit is unpaid, the Company concerned will be allowed 28 days to rectify the matter. If ignored, the Company concerned will have their details removed from the Focus on Britain site, subscription arrears will be recovered up to and including the date of removal.
• The Focus on Britain hosting site is for the benefit of Companies who have guaranteed that they represent a British Manufacturer, Producer, or Service provider. If circumstances change, Focus on Britain must be informed immediately for a decision to be made as to whether the said company still qualifies to be a  British company.
• The qualification is the company must be a UK based operation, imported raw materials may be used, but not imported kit form or part assemblies, guaranteeing to the world wide market that those products and services carrying the Focus on Britain brand are genuinely British origin.
• If it is proven that a Company does not comply with the Focus on Britain qualification, and Focus on Britain are not informed, the said company will have its details removed immediately. There will be no reconsideration.
• Brand use and application
• The Focus on Britain Logo must only be used on products or services by those Companies registered with Focus on Britain who have guaranteed that their products and services are genuinely of British origin.
• If a Company wishes to use the Focus on Britain Logo on their product packaging, there will be no charge. Focus on Britain has no objection provided that the products are genuinely British origin.
• If a Company wishes to produce Focus on Britain Labels or use the Logo, please contact the office to inform Focus on Britain of your intentions by Email.
• Conduct
• Focus on Britain will monitor conduct and content through their customer service department, and if Focus on Britain is informed of and bad or objectionable conduct, it will prompt an investigation which lead to the immediate, removal of a company’s details.
